3. Retention

Transfer slip images are kept for 2 years from the transaction date and then deleted automatically. Order data is kept as long as required by applicable law. Website visit statistics are kept in a form that cannot identify you (IP addresses are not stored directly) and deleted within 2 days. Contact-form messages are delivered to the company's email; the system keeps only the name, subject and message for up to 90 days to alert staff, then deletes them automatically (telephone numbers and emails are not stored in the system).

4. Disclosure

The company discloses your name, address and telephone number to the delivery provider only as needed for delivery. We do not sell, exchange or pass your data to anyone else.

5. Storage on your device

The website stores your latest order number in your browser so you can track its status easily. This stays on your device and can be removed by clearing your browser data.

6. Security

Slip images are accessible only to authenticated administrators, and the company limits data access to what is needed for the work.

7. Your rights

You may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, through the contact channels at the bottom of the website. The company will respond within the period required by law.

8. Calculation tools

The website offers engineering calculation tools without registration. (a) The visitor counter sends a request to a Google service (Google Apps Script) each time a tool page is opened, only to count visits; the company receives no personally identifying data from this service. (b) Weather data files you upload in the international energy tool are stored with their file name so they can be reused in calculations; please do not include personal data in the file or file name. (c) Images uploaded to the image-based calculator are processed and the result returned immediately; they are not stored. (d) Values you enter for calculation are not linked to your identity, and the selected language is kept only in the page address, not on your device. (e) Tool pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

9. Company pages and external links

The company information pages (Home, About, Services, Works, Contact) have no forms, collect no personal data from visitors and use no tracking or advertising cookies. (b) Purpose: to issue and send licences, take payment, issue receipts/tax invoices, email reminders before expiry, move licences on request and prevent repeated use of the free trial. (c) Card data: you enter card details directly with Omise (Opn Payments); full card numbers never pass through or are stored in the company's systems, and Omise handles them under its own privacy policy.
