Part A · Use of the website
1. Scope
These terms apply to the whole of ezyhvac.com: the company pages, the calculation tools (/calc), the bookstore and the purchase of licences for the ezyRTS Desktop software. By using the website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. Intellectual property
The content, text, images, logos, software and books on this website are the copyright of the company. Logos of other organisations belong to those organisations and are shown with permission. Reproduction, modification or commercial distribution without written permission is prohibited.
3. Accuracy of content and external links
The company tries to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Links to external services (such as Facebook, Google Maps, LINE and the App Store) are governed by those providers' terms; the company is not responsible for the content of external services.
Part B · Calculation tools and software
4. Provision of the tools
The online calculation tools are free to use without registration. The company may improve, change or suspend the tools at any time.
5. Results are estimates
The tools calculate using engineering methods based on ASHRAE standards and the values you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the values entered. Results are provided for study and preliminary assessment only. Actual design, equipment selection or installation must be checked and certified by a licensed engineer in accordance with applicable law and standards.
6. Limitation of liability
The company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness of the results for any particular purpose, and is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the results or from the tools being unavailable.
7. Uploaded files
You must hold the rights to any file you upload, and must not include personal data in the file or the file name. The company may delete uploaded files without notice.
Part C · Book orders
8. General
These terms govern orders placed through the company's website. Placing an order confirms that you have read and accept these terms.
9. Prices and ordering
Prices are shown in Thai baht and exclude delivery, which the system shows before you confirm the order. Promotional prices apply only for the period shown on the website.
10. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown at the payment step only. The company never asks for transfers to any other account through any channel. Once ordered, the goods are reserved for 7 days; if payment and proof are not submitted within that time the order is cancelled automatically. (If you have paid but could not attach proof in time, you may attach it within 7 days of the cancellation, or contact the company.)
11. Verification and confirmation
An order is complete when the company has checked the proof of payment and confirmed it. If the amount or the proof is incorrect, the company will contact you using the details you provided.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before payment. If you have already paid, please contact the company and each case will be handled individually.
13. Delivery
The company ships within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed and provides a parcel tracking number on the order tracking page.
14. Warranty and refunds
If goods are defective from manufacture, damaged in transit or the wrong item is delivered, the company will replace them or refund in full. Please notify us with photos of the goods and packaging within 7 days of receipt through the company's contact channels. Damage from improper use or storage after delivery is excluded.
Part D · ezyRTS Desktop software
15. Scope
This part applies to the trial and purchase of licences for the ezyRTS Desktop software for Windows computers ("the software"). If anything in this part conflicts with Part C, this part prevails for the software. Starting a trial or clicking to pay confirms that you have read and accept these terms.
16. Licence
The company grants you the right to use the software for the period of the package purchased. This is a licence to use, not a sale of ownership of the software. One licence may be used on one computer, identified by its machine code. Using several computers requires a separate licence for each. You must not share, resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or modify the software, or circumvent the licence check.
17. Free trial
You may try the software free for 7 days with all features, with a credit or debit card on file. The company does not charge you during or after the trial (the card may be verified as part of the payment provider's process). Each computer and each card is entitled to one trial. You may cancel the trial and remove your card at any time from your account page.
18. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Thai baht and include VAT. Payment is by PromptPay or mobile banking app through the payment provider Omise (Opn Payments). The company does not receive or store full card numbers. The company never charges you or renews automatically; every payment happens only when you click to pay. The company emails a receipt/tax invoice after a successful payment.
19. Period and renewal
A package starts on the payment date. If you buy during the trial, the remaining trial days end. Renewing before expiry extends from the existing expiry date. After expiry without renewal, the software can only be used to view.
20. Licence and delivery
The company sends the licence by email, and you can view it on your account page. The software checks the licence on your computer without an internet connection. You are responsible for keeping your licence for your own use and not disclosing it to others.
21. Moving to another computer
If you change computers or reinstall Windows, you may ask to move your licence by contacting the company with the new machine code, up to 2 times in 12 months. The new licence keeps the same expiry date. Requests beyond this limit are considered case by case.
22. Refunds
Because you can try the software free for 7 days before buying, and the licence works as soon as it is delivered, the company does not give refunds after payment in any case, except where the system charges twice or more than the correct amount, in which case the company refunds the excess. Please notify the company through the channels shown at the bottom of the website.
23. Calculation results and liability
Sections 5 (results are estimates) and 6 (limitation of liability) also apply to the software. In any event, the company's liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the package concerned.
24. Breach of these terms
If a breach of section 16 is found, the company may refuse renewals, machine moves or future purchases, without prejudice to the company's rights under law.

26. Changes to these terms
The company may update these terms. The version most recently published on the website is the version in force.
